What is the cost of shipping?
Watches Under $100 is proud to offer all customers free shipping on all orders.
How soon can I expect my items?
Once your order is placed, it is typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Our products are usually delivered within 12-20 days once shipped. If 45 days have passed since the product has shipped and you have still not received your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through e-mail as appropriate.
Note that Watches Under $100 is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges
Am I responsible for duties or taxes?
Watches Under $100 is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied by customs in your country. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my package hasn't arrived?
If 45 days have passed since the product has shipped and you have still not received your order, please contact us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I place it?
Our goal is to get your order processed as quickly as possible. This limits our ability to add on items to your order or to stop an item in process from shipping. Feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do to help you out.
My item arrived in less than perfect condition. What can I do?

We accept PayPal and Stripe, both of which accept major credit and debit cards.
Refunds and Returns
Do you accept returns?
Watches Under $100 stands behind our products and wants to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Watches Under $100 has a 30-day return policy. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been received within the last 30 days
- You must contact us at email@example.com for the required return form
- Include the completed return form with your returned item. We will provide you with the return shipping details via email.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
Customers seeking returns must ship the item back to us in its original condition at your expense. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your return and our team will provide instructions for return shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.
Do you accept exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To exchange your product, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
